This is a super fast layout featuring the Gilded Autumn bundle products. I just love this whole series, from the die cuts to the stamps, designer series paper, ribbon and the adorable acorns. I also used the new brushed foil metallic paper for the leaves and the 2″ strip. I think the foil paper is amazing! It compliments the foil in the DSP to make a stunning card! The mail man may not like this card but I know anyone else would be love to receive this one. I used a Sympathy theme but this layout is super easy for any theme.
For this card I cut a thick Very Vanilla card base 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ then a piece of the brushed foil metallic paper cut to 2″ x 5 1/2″ and cut a piece of the DSP 1 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ and mount on the 2″ strip. Attach this to the left side of the card about 1/2″ from the edge. I then die but the label from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies in Early Expresso ink and popped it off the card with Stampin Dimensionals. Die cut the leaves and pop off the card also. Tie 2 acorns in the bow and attach to the card using mini glue dots. Add the Gilded Gems and a sentiment inside and you have a beautiful card. I also love to finish the flap of the envelope to add to the card experience using more DSP from this series! Note, the postman may not like this card but the rest of us will.
