Gorgeous Leaves Thank You

Simple and classic thank you card featured tonight. I used the Harvest Meadow 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper and check out the cork paper! How cool is that? It adds some fun texture to the card. If you know my cards you know I love to add texture and dimension to cards and of course a bow and some elements! I am also in love with the brushed metallic gems that are adhesive backed. They were a fun compliment to the brushed foil leaf. I love the detail in the die cuts! The colors of fall are so beautiful, one of my favorite times of the year. With an early harvest this year we will actually get to enjoy a few falls days! That is a treat in this house! This is my customer thank you cards heading out. I hope they like them! I had fun creating this one and I am really happy it. I hope you enjoy it and I hope you get to enjoy the beauty of fall too.

Simple card standard card 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ , DSP cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″ and the very vanilla 3 3/4″ x 5″. Cork cut to 3 1/4″ x 1″. Stamp the texture before adhering the cork. Add the die cut branch and leaf. Use a mini glue dot for the bow and your take your pick tool to place the Brushed Metallic Gems around the card. Stamp your greeting of choice. I love the simple greeting in the Shaded Summer stamp set. Simple and done- best cards to make right? As I look at this card I think I could have also used the subtle embossing folder to emboss the very vanilla after stamping and before the cork for even more fun texture! Hmm… I might need to re-create this one!
