My sweet niece Olivia turns 9 today! She loves purple and I couldn’t resist playing with the new Sweet Ice Cream Suite! Oh my, this is a fun one! I love the colors and the papers are beautiful! Maybe ice cream looks better when a blizzard is headed our way or the thought of summer coming! This suite is gorgeous and will quickly move to my favorite pile! After all who does not like ice cream?
The ice cream cone punch is awesome! This is one of our Photopolymer stamp sets which are my favorite sets to stamp with. They just cling to our blocks and a super easy to stamp with. I love the fonts on the words too! The ribbon ties beautifully. The Pastel Pearls are perfect to finish this card. Be sure to finish the back of your envelope too!
Card directions-
card base highland heather cut 5 1/2 ” x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ (standard card size), DSP (designer series paper) cut 5 1/4″ x 4″. Next cut a DSP 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″ and mount on a highland heather cut 1/8″ larger. The smaller rectangle is wrapped with the ribbon and mounted on the card using Stampin Dimensionals. Stamp your ice cream cone and punch out. Cut label and greeting is stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink. Pop the label off the card using Stampin Dimensionals along with punched out stamped ice cream cone. Add a tied bow using a mini glue dot. I colored the ice cream with Wink of Stella to add some bling. Place your Pastel Pearls around the card with your take your pick tool. Very fun and easy to do!
