I am on a roll with Happy Thoughts and warm feelings today. This is another fun card sure to brighten someone’s day. I love the cheerful and bright colors featured in this card. Another super simple, yes, you can easily make this card, card! Let your paper do the work. This is the Field and Flowers Designer Series Paper, another pack of 12×12 paper that you can choose as a FREE choice with every $50 or $100 till the end of February. This paper is one of my favorite choices, so bright and fun! The flowers almost jump off the card. Don’t forget to add to the envelope flap too. There are great choices in stamp sets and paper during SAB.

I love the stamp set Happy Thoughts. Another great set with greetings for the outside and inside of cards. These are great sets to consider when starting to stamp. Words are great to build up with because as you can see, your paper can be the art easily!
This is a 4 1/4 x 11″ basic black cut then scored at 5 1/2″ Cut Flirty Flamingo 4 1/8″ x 5 3/8″ (cut 2)with your paper trimmer also cut a 4″ x 5 1/4″ basic white for inside of card, next cut the stripe 4″x5 1/4″ and the floral piece 3 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ layer this to the stripe piece then to the Flirty Flamingo.
Die cut the label in Flirty Flamingo with the Cut Emboss machine then stamp Happy Birthday in Memento Black. Take the ribbon and wrap around the 3 layers leaving long tails, tie in a bow on the side. Next, place dimensionals on the back of the label and pop that off the card over the tied ribbon. Then use your Stampin Seal and place that on the Basic Black card base. Take your Basic White piece, stamp the inside greeting and place on top of the Flirty Flamingo then mount inside the card. I took a small strip and placed it on the bottom. I like to add color inside the cards too! Use the take your pick tool to place the opal rounds on the card front and using your Stampin Seal on the back flap of the envelope adhere a strip of the DSP and trim around with your paper snips. Trim the edges of your bow also with the snips! Enjoy!

These are swap cards, as a demo, I am part of a larger group and because I love to make cards and I love to swap I participate, only because I want to in the monthly swaps. This month the theme was Wings and things so this was my creation. I will share the details in another post. I just sent them off and I can’t wait to get back 16 different cards from those that swapped. Not only are you a part of the Paper Wishes team, you are part of a much larger group.
