I love the Nature’s Harvest Bundle from Stampin Up. This card is perfect for the changing of the season. I worked on some Happy Mail or Thank you mail going out today and here is one of the cards. So much fun color in this card. Features Just Jade and Calypso Coral along with the Sweet Symmetry DSP. I love the Sweet Symmetry DSP paper, it just fun plain fun paper to work with! So many fun bright colors in this pack! Easy to work with and sure to bring a smile with any card. Check out that new Cork paper too! I looks and feels like real Cork. Perfect for fall cards!
I love to add texture, bling and ribbon to my cards and this card is a combination of all my favorites in card making! The new Brushed metallic adhesive backed gems are so pretty and another perfect fall element.
The card is a standard Basic White Card Base 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 and scored at 4 1/4. Next cut a Just Jade 4″x5 1/4″ and then a Calypso Coral 3 3/4″ x 5″. Basic white cut to 2 3/4″ x 5″ and embossed with folder. Next cut a 1 1/2″ strip of the Sweet Symmetry DSP. and a 3/4″ strip of the Cork with the trimmer. Stamp in Memento Black the flower image and die cut this out. Using Stampin Blends color in the flower. Use the mini Stampin Dimensionals to adhere to the embossed basic white. Be sure to stick the Cork down first using Stampin Seal. Die cut out the label and stamp Thank you in Just Jade. Place the DSP on the right side of the Calypso Coral and then place the embossed Basic White over it leaving 1/4 from all sides. Tie a bow and adhere with a mini glue dot. Mount your label with Stampin Dimensionals and use the Take Your Pick Tool to place the Brushed Metallic Gems around the card. Enjoy!
