Just a little Halloween fun tonight. I made this card a couple of days ago with some Pinterest inspiration. I love everything Halloween. This is such a fun bundle and how can you not smile at these cute little pumpkins. This is a bright and fun card. I need to finish my Halloween cards and move on the the holiday cards. It is time to start getting them done. Today was a beautiful day in Iowa. I had planned to stamp and sew some projects instead we spent the day outside getting the yard ready for winter and putting up a 8 foot talking scarecrow. It is so much fun and pretty sure it may send the poor trick or treaters running but he sure is cute out front. The harvest is in and now just the ripping left so it was great to spend the day as a family. We will get crafty another day, family is always a great day. I do need to stamp a card yet tonight as my dad turns 82 Monday. We took time to pull out all the show trucks and get some special photos of the trucks he so enjoys. It was the perfect day for that one!

These pumpkins are just so cute. The punch makes the so easy to cut or punch out perfectly. This is a standard Basic White thick cardstock card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″ with your bone folder. Add a 4″ x 5 1/4″ Pumpkin Pie matt and a 3 3/4″ x 5″ Pumpkin Pie DSP over the Pumpkin Pie. Die cut a Stylish Shape Stitched Circle on Basic White. Stamp your pumpkins in Pumpkin Pie ink on a scrap of Basic White cardstock along with the leaves. Punch out the stems and the leaves and pumpkins with the punch. Adhere the stem to the back of the stamped pumpkin. Be sure to stamp the faces first. Place the leaves under each pumpkin. One Pumpkin in added right to the circle and one is popped up with Dimensionals. I then added Bakers Twine bows with mini glue dots. One is a double strand and one is a single strand for some fun dimension. Stamp the crow in black and fussy cut him out with your paper snips. Next, die cut a Pumpkin Pie Scrap with the Stylish Label die cut and trim one end off. Stamp Happy Halloween and place on the card over the stitched circle using your dimensionals. Use the Stampin Blend to color in the beck and eyes on the crow and pop him up with a Dimensional cut in half. Using your take your pick tool places the gold gems on the card. Be sure to add DSP and a greeting inside the card and on the envelope flap. I love to add a 4″ x 5 1/4″ matt insides my cards for a added base to write my greetings on.

Halloween is just around the corner, are your cards and treats ready? The candy is bought, the scarecrow is up ha ha and of course the weather is going to turn. It wouldn’t be Halloween if the kids aren’t covered in coats. It will still be fun!
