I am exhausted for our truck show weekend that is a large event our family puts on for our community. It is tons of fun but tons of work. We have fun and raise money for our local fire department. I love the colors of the card, they just seem like summer to me. Then add those adorable brushed brass butterflies! So in love with this fun card! So simple to make! Stamps, ink, paper and throw a couple embellishments on! You could easily change up the greeting on the front to the celebration you need a card for too! I used the new Go-to Greeting stamp set and I will be using this fun set more! This is a simple card – Coastal Cabana cut to 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″, cut Sweet Sorbet 4″ x 5 1/4″ and then DSP cut to 3 3/4″ x 5″. Layer these in order on the card and adhere each layer to the next using Stampin Seal plus.
Die cut a Deckled Rectangle in Basic White. Using markers color the flower in Sweet Sorbet and the stem in Garden Green quickly stamp the flower with wet ink to the die cut rectangle and the re-ink and quickly stamp the basic white for inside of the card. Add Wink of Stella to the flower petals for some glitter. Stamp your greeting in Sweet Sorbet in the corner of the Stamped rectangle. Use Stampin Dimensionals to pop the stamped rectangle on the card front and use your Take Your Pick Tool to add butteflies around the card front. Add DSP to the envelope flap with your Stampin Seal plus and trim with your Paper Trimmer.
