It is hard to believe Graduation is just around the corner. Starting early this year as the invites are starting to roll in. Such a fun time of the year and to think they will get to have parties this year makes it even more cause for celebration! Masculine cards can be hard to make. I love the Well Suited Designer Series Paper and the grey combo of the card makes for a fun masculine card! This would be perfect for Fathers Day too. I have wanted to play with the Soar Confidently Set and tonight was the night. It is a great stamp set and I will be posting a class yet this week using that fun set!

Card base 4 1/4″ x 11″ cut and scored at 5 1/2″ -crease with bone folder. Next cut 2 Smoky Slate 4″ x 5 1/4″ (one for inside of card). Cut a DSP in the grey dot 3 3/4″ x 5″ and layer on the Smoky Slate. Cut a Stitched Rectangle in Basic White. Stamp the image and the verse in the Basic Grey ink. Place Stampin Dimensionals on the back of the Stitched Rectangle and place to the right center of the DSP. Next wrap the Basic Grey Bakers twine around the card 3 times and knot off. Snip ends with paper snips. This should be beside the Stitched stamped rectangle and to the left on the card. Stick these layers down the the card base using Stampin Dimensionals. Using you Take Your Pick Tool place the Matte Black dots on the card.

For the inside of the card use the second cut Smoky Slate and mount a 3 3/4″ x 5″ on top. Stamp your greeting in Basic Grey ink. Stick a piece of DSP cut 1/2″ x 5″ to the Basic White on the left side of the card. Mount these layers to the inside of the card base using the Stampin Seal plus. Don’t forget to decorate the envelope flap with the DSP to match, using the Stampin Seal Plus and trimming around the rounded edges with our Paper Snips.
